The Madness of Violynn

Met up with everyone at Cookie Bar on Wednesday night. VB took Miss 3 shopping during the day, playing the couple in love :) Princess Model was very nice, she went to pick FFU (Fundamentally F**ked Up) from home. The plan was for me to drive FFU home but that was not to be. VB and Miss 3 joined us at Cookie but left early. Mr S and Swing Sister came as well. I was very good, only had a Lychee Caipiroska and a French Martini. Trying to be a bit more responsible these days, if that's possible. Cant say the same for Princess Model and FFU. The two of them together, they are out of control! They must've out drank everyone there and with good reason, FFU called in sick to work yesterday! Mr S had two friends join us, LLCoolJ and Big S. The plan was to match make FFU with LLCoolJ. Honestly, he's not bad looking but a little on the oily side; long, curly, greasy hair and very, very tall. And I'm sure driving a Ferrari helps too. FFU did well, spent the whole night in deep conversation with LLCoolJ. She did mention though that he's quite boring. In her drunken state, she asked the whole of Cookie Bar if anyone knew what UPS stood for. Apparently, LLCoolJ was talking to her about UPS and she had to act like she knew what it was! Princess Model and I were conspiring to leave Cookie early and let LLCoolJ take FFU home but she wouldnt let Princess Model leave. So, I ended up leaving by myself and Mr S and Swing Sister left not long after; leaving FFU with LLCoolJ and Princess Model with Big S. From what I gathered, the four of them continued drinking at St. Jerome's and Princess Model eventually drove FFU home. Bad girl! She claimed to not be pissed but surely her blood alcohol content would've been well over the 0.05 limit? Nothing juicy happened, but Princess Model did end up going to Revolver with LLCoolJ after dropping FFU home and didnt get home till 7am!! This was interesting. No details but there was some French action. How the hell did this happen? LLCoolJ was supposed to be for FFU but ended up with Princess Model. Oh, the joys of drama.

Christmas Has Come And Gone

It's been a long week and I cant believe I'm already half way through my leave :( Christmas Eve was a full day for me having attended two Christmas parties. I got some great presents this year. How very nice and thoughtful of everyone. By the end of Christmas Eve, all I wanted to do was go to bed. I was supposed to catch up with Marsha, Mr S, Swing Sister, Cutey and TOT but I just couldnt be f**ked. And I slept through Christmas!! I was in bed asleep before midnight!

Went to
Gin Palace on Christmas night. Practically every establishment in Melbourne was closed on Christmas Day. Even the whole of Lygon St was dark and empty. Caught up with Miss 3 (finally) and VB. Mr S and Swing Sister came to join us as well. Miss 3 also had two friends come to meet us at Gin Palace. It was a good night, rather mellow. I had two revolting cocktails - never order cocktails at Gin Palace!! I ordered a Lychee Caipiroska and a French Martini and

they both sucked big time. I think I'll stick to Sauvignon Blanc next time I go to Gin Palace. Everyone ended up going to Seven and I just went home. Marsha wasnt with us so I wasnt in the mood to go clubbing. Well, I also had to be up early to usher our Princess Model from the airport. Another early night. I've been doing well so far in preparation for the arrival of Princess Model!

Got Princess Model at around 9.30am and headed straight back to Docklands. It was Boxing Day and start of the mega, mega sales. I couldnt believe that Myer and David Jones actually opened their doors at 7am! And people actually lined up outside from 6am in anticipation to grab themselves a piece of the bargain. Now, that's dedication.

We had planned to hit the shops straight from the airport but as usual, the plan wasnt to be. Instead, Princess Model, Miss 3 and myself settled in to
Liquid for a relaxing brunch while we waited for Marsha. The three of us were in serious discussion about this "blob". Sometimes, we just cant please everybody and at some stage, someone is going to get hurt. How my words can have such a profound effect on some people, I will never know. But I do thank you for the people who take the time to read my bulls**t. Anyway, back to the day, we ended up spending all morning at the Docklands and finally headed into the city at 2pm. It was a meat market in the city. Even the carpark at QV was full. It took us 20 minutes just to walk through Myer. Miss 3 bought 4 pairs of shoes. Geez, the woman does have a shoe fetish! And I totally understand where she's coming from. Princess Model was very good. She didnt buy a single thing! We had a late lunch at Ken Zan and Dopey joined us for some Sake towards the end of the afternoon. Swing Sister joined us at Ken Zan. She couldnt make it to shopping as she was still recovering from the night before. She was naughty, naughty, naughty!Cutey also came to meet us at Ken Zan and insisted we go shopping with her. By that stage, everyone was suffering from post shopping exhaustion. Miss 3 had organised for VB to make us dinner so we couldnt wait to leave the city and head there. Marsha didnt get to satisfy her addiction to alcohol all day and kept pestering us to go to Cookie for just one drink. Yum and November Cleo were at Cookie but nobody (well, apart from Marsha) was motivated enough for a Lychee Caipiroska. We ended up going straight to VB's.
VB made roast lamb and roast vegies for dinner. It was yummy. I suspect he didnt prepare the whole meal himself. Marsha downed a bottle of red by herself and Princess Model, Miss 3 and myself modestly shared four bottles of whites! Swing Sister was out of it. The night before must've been a huge night cos Swing Sister didnt touch a drop of alcohol at all. I always have so much fun when the group of us get together for dinner and drinks at someone's house. We should do this more often. Marsha was totally drunk. At some point in the night, she started to annoy the boys and it resulted in them wrestling her down to the ground. The girls were in fits of laughter and Marsha was understandably annoyed with us for laughing and taking photos! Poor girl. The girls also gave us a demonstration of their flexibility. One of them proved to us that she was once a ballerina and a gymnast. You go girl!

MERRY CHRISTMAS

MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone! Hope Santa brings you all love, happiness and lotsa nice presents :-)

Sausage anyone?

Not happy with her Kris Kringle!

My Kris Kringle! Rice paper roll ingredients....What the??

Bbq on Saturday was great. We had Kris Kringle and everyone participated by binging a $20 gift. It was all good fun. Yum and November Cleo had bought groceries from Footscray and Richmond, upto $20 worth and wrapped it up as their Kris Kringle. Can you believe it? It was so funny. I ended up with the ingredients for making rice paper rolls! Marsha on the other hand was quite happy with her gift initially. She had scored a bottle of expensive shampoo and conditioner courtesy of The Cock but Yum swapped her for it with a box of Indomie Mi Goreng (courtesy of November Cleo!). We did not hear the end of it all day. I suspect we wil never hear the end of it well into the New Year. Marsha didnt even take her gift home. She left it with me. No complaints from me, atleast I scored to KK presents! Hah!

Was the bbq that boring? Why are they all sleeping???

I was very happy Kitty came to my bbq. We got a chance to catch up with each other. Kitty told me about the action she was getting. Turns out that the guy is a bit of a freak, like hippy, greeny, Hare Krishna kinda freak. She seems to attract men of the strangest kinds. We talked about her work and how she's getting along with the people from work. It's really nice that she can click with the people she works with. She goes out with them on a social level quite often. I rarely hang out with the people I work with. I dont know why. I guess I feel that I see them all week and on the weekends I just wanna hang out with my own friends. Maybe I'm strange! Even HYC came to the bbq. Sad to say him and Kitty still have a love hate relationship which is probably gonna last forever!

JL turned up which was a surprised. I'm glad she came. I thought it might be akward for November Cleo, but JL told me it's all cool and they're great friends. Good then. Yum and I were hanging to play rummy all night but November Cleo was too damn busy nursing a hangover and spent the whole day and night on my sofa, refusing to move. I dont even think she got up to use the toilet at all!

Swing Sister got up half way through the night to make noodles. She kept asking for a cooking bowl and nobody knew what she wanted. We only realised, when she said she needed a cooking bowl for the stove. What she really meant was, she needed a pot to cook the noodles in. Swing Sister, you are one in million! I'm sorry but I couldnt stop laughing for 10 minutes. Swing Sister is too funny and it's always such good fun with her around.
KC showed up too. I wasnt even expecting him. He didnt reply to my invitation and he didnt bring a KK. Maybe he wasnt planning to come in the first place? I wonder why he didnt bring his girlfriend?

Mr S came after work and he got Swing Sister, Marsha and myself a beautiful Christmas gift. It was very thoughtful of him and I truly appreciate it. The three of us cant wait to get away for the weekend. Thank you Mr S :)

Marsha stayed the night and we had a cup of tea before finally going to bed at 2am, relatively early night I would say.

Adults Behaving Like Children

Firstly, I'd like to say that it is unfortunate but sometimes the truth hurts. I cant take back the things I have done or the things I have said but the fact of the matter is reality bites. If people are offended by the material in this blog, why do they keep reading it? If it hurts to realise the truth, why keep coming back? This is not a painfully addictive drug. You are not obligated to consume it. Everything in here is in good nature and good fun. I cant help it if people dont see the funny side of things and lack a sense of humour. Some people are overly sensitive and that's beyond my control. I have been told that sometimes my perception of reality may not be accurate. But this blog is all about my perception and what I see and what I hear. If you think it's not accurate, then write your own blog! I may perceive things differently to what others may perceive it to be but arent I entitled to my own opinions? I do not intentionally try to damage or hurt people. People who know me, will know how I feel about them. Believe me, if I didnt like someone, they'd know about it. Come on people, stop behaving like children and stop taking things too seriously. Nothing that I record in this blog has ever been done in jest! So lighten up, its the festive season!

Doctor Accused of Sexual Examination

I found this piece of news rather interesting. Saw this report on the news last night and couldnt help but think "Oh My God! He's so cute!" So, yes, there are good looking doctors out there, just not mine. I think I'd be too embarassed to get a pap smear done by this doctor. I wouldnt be able to stop staring at him. But nothing gives him the right to behave inappropriately. As a professional, he should retain a sense of professionalism (no matter how good looking he thinks he is). Read the news story and you be the judge.

3 Degrees On A Wednesday Night

Bob is back from his business trip. Caught up with him for a D & M at 3 Degrees on Wednesday night. I guess his trip went well cos he's decided to move to China next year. Mr S, Swing Sister, Yum and November Cleo all came to join us at 3 Degrees. Plastic had cancelled on us but to my surprise, he was there with some other friends. It was good to see him, it's been ages. Ball Breaker didnt join us, which was a shame. She had the African Black Flu! And she wanted us to leave 3 Degrees to bring her ice cream. What the? I was a magnet for D & Ms that night. Or maybe they wanted to get things off their chest. Either way, I was cornered by various people all night. People just take things too seriously. Has everyone lost their sense of humour lately? Christmas cant be that stressful. Yum was telling me that she's accustomed to being "thick skin". If anyone calls her ugly to her face, she would still smile about it. That's why I love her soooo much. Yum, you are f**king ugly (*wink*)!!!! We will all have a big slumber party this weekend at my place.... Yum can spoon Ball Breaker and November Cleo can spoon VB *wink*. Bob wanted to know why November Cleo was given this nick. Well, because she was on the cover of the November issue of Cleo ofcourse! Bob was very excited to be graced by the presence of a model. Hahaha!

Spoke to The Nurse earlier on in the day. I cant believe she just learnt how to use MSN. OMG! Then I told her to join gmail instead and she was excited to learn something new. Now we can chat on gmail whenever she's online. The Nurse is too funny. She's planned a very long and detailed itinerary for a trip around Europe mid next year. Some of us are planning to meet up with her. It's still a little too early to decide, but I'm hoping we all make it on this trip together. Not forgetting the India trip with Ball Breaker, Yum and November Cleo. I wonder if we will actually ever make it there?

My plan was to do some Christmas shopping on Wednesday, but me and alcohol just cant and wont be separated. If I had've gone to Myer before stepping into 3 Degrees, I would've done my shopping! Should've taken Ball Breaker's advice. She knew that once I had one drink, I wouldnt leave to go anywhere. I ended up going to Myer in Highpoint yesterday, which was probably better anyway. It was comfortable, no mad rush and I managed to dash in and out of Myer in 15 minutes!

Miss 3 will be here in 2 days and Princess Model will be back on Boxing Day. I miss Princess Model. It just seems so quiet without her around. Princess Model, we are deprived of your madness here. Come and bring the insanity back to Melbourne!

Mellow Weekend

Went to a Rav's birthday on Friday. Wasnt terribly into the booze after a big night on Thursday. It was a rather mellow party. VB was there too. Surprisingly, he didnt touch a drop of alcohol and kind of hid in the room with the kids all night. He did say he was turning over a new leaf. Good start. Mr S was sms-ing me and wanting to confirm the identity of 007. So it took him a week to get the truth out of Miss B. I'm still dumb founded that she went home with 007. VB mentioned that KC wont be going to Summadayze even after Mr S had reserved 2 tickets for him. But, he is not going, which is conveniently a good thing for VB cos he can allocate one of those tickets to Miss 3. Yes, Miss 3 is coming from KL. No doubt VB thinks she's here to see him. Is she really? The last time Miss 3 was here, we didnt get a chance to see much of her. So this time, hopefully the girls can get together for some shopping, coffee-ing, drinking and partying! Got home just after midnight and November Cleo sms-ed me asking if I was heading down to Lavish. No chance.

Was up early Saturday morning, thanks to an early night on Friday. Went to Vigorous with Swing Sister and Mr S for a one hour traditional Thai massage. It was heavenly. This is truly the life. After the massage, we had coffee in North Melbourne. VB rang me and told me he had a flat tyre on Friday night! He is such a magnet for bad luck. Or is that bad karma? Just two weeks ago he had a car accident in his car, which was no fault of his. Then he borrows Swing Sister's car while his car is in repair. Less than a day later, someone backs into Swing Sister's car and the back bumper falls off. VB then gets another loan car from another trusted friend. Then Friday night the tyre blows up. As Swing Sister says, moral of the story is, never lend your car to VB! Even when VB does eventually get his car back, there are bigger issues to deal with.

Had dinner at Shark Fin House in Chinatown for Roulette's birthday. The service is getting worse. The food is still ok but the service was terrible. The waiters refused to serve or clear our table and it took them an hour to come and take our order. I would've preferred Crystal Jade or Ling Nam for Chinese food. After dinner Ball Breaker and I headed to Manchuria for a few drinks. Nice place. The decor is subtle with opulent couches and cushions which are Asian influenced. It is hidden and tucked away in a side alley off Chinatown, much like Gin Palace. You would never guess the place existed even if you were standing in front of it. Mr S and Swing Sister came to join us for drinks. Then VB came along with D. They stayed for 5 minutes, had one drink and left. Swing Sister and Mr S went to Metro after Manchuria. Ball Breaker and I headed home. Metro was having a trance/ techno night. Not our scene. What a nice change to enjoy a relatively quiet weekend with a few drinks, a few friends and two early nights.

Heard from Ball Breaker that The Nurse is coming back from UK in March for two weeks. How nice. She'll be back in time for my birthday! Cant wait to see her. I kinda miss her for some reason. She was good fun to hang with.

Spoke to Miss 3. She's arriving on Xmas Eve, two days before Princess Model. My guess is she'll be kidnapped to stay with VB for the two days, if not for the whole trip! Miss 3 insists that she's gonna stay at Princess Model's but we shall see how it turns out. Princess Model has another friend J, coming from Sydney in the same week. The next couple of weeks is gonna be busy, busy, busy.

Plastic emailed everyone yesterday and suggested we all meet up for drinks this week before Xmas. Everyone was happy to catch up on Wednesday at Cookie Bar and Plastic said he could make it but has an appointment at 7pm. This works out to our advantage I guess. We will only have to deal with him for half an hour max and he'll have to go. Then this morning, I get an email from him saying he cant make it at all on Wednesday and he didnt have the decency to email everyone else to tell them this. The rest of us will probably still meet up with or without Plastic as usual.

The cars in the communal garage in my building have been broken into recently and one of the cars broken into, had their remote control stolen. As a result, the body corporate has taken the liberty to have all remote controls reconfigured so the nasty thief will not be able to get in or out with the stolen remote control. As many of you know, Bob is my neighbour and seeing that he's overseas at the moment, I thought I would call him to let him know what's happened and to find out if I can get his two remote controls reconfigured for him before he gets back. If not, he wont be able to get his car out of the garage when he returns. So, I ring him and he tells me not to worry about it and he'll deal with it when he comes back. The idiot has taken both his remote controls with him overseas. What the? Why the hell would you pack your garage remote controls with you on an overseas trip? I understand if he had driven his car to the airport and will be driving back from the airport. But no, his car is in the garage! This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. For the life of me, I will never understand Bob and the things that run through his mind!

My Tarot Card

You are The Devil

Materiality. Material Force. Material temptation; sometimes obsession

The Devil is often a great card for business success; hard work and ambition.

Perhaps the most misunderstood of all the major arcana, the Devil is not really "Satan" at all, but Pan the half-goat nature god and/or Dionysius. These are gods of pleasure and abandon, of wild behavior and unbridled desires. This is a card about ambitions; it is also synonymous with temptation and addiction. On the flip side, however, the card can be a warning to someone who is too restrained, someone who never allows themselves to get passionate or messy or wild - or ambitious. This, too, is a form of enslavement. As a person, the Devil can stand for a man of money or erotic power, aggressive, controlling, or just persuasive. This is not to say a bad man, but certainly a powerful man who is hard to resist. The important thing is to remember that any chain is freely worn. In most cases, you are enslaved only because you allow it.

What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.

So, you out there (you know who you are). Didnt I tell you I'm the Devil. Now this is proof! Dont forget "The Devil stands for erotic power". Hmmm..... "A powerful person who's hard to resist". Gee, this is so me! Is it really? Ball Breaker thinks I'm the Devil (period). I'm not that bad, am I? When I'm good, I'm good. When I'm bad, I'm better. Just remember good girls go to heaven and bad girls go everywhere. So, I'm bad and I go everywhere? Enough crap. I'm not sure if I believe any of this, but it does somewhat describe my personality. Princess Model and Ball Breaker, now I know why you guys think I'm evil! But this is why we get along so well. I corrupt you two, Ball Breaker brings us good luck cos she's The Wheel of Fortune and you, well you just make us spend, spend, spend cos you're The Empress and you make us believe we are princesses too. Wait till Swing Sister reads her tarot card as well!

Ball Breaker's tarot card:

You are The Wheel of Fortune

Good fortune and happiness but sometimes a species of
intoxication with success

The Wheel of Fortune is all about big things, luck, change, fortune. Almost always good fortune. You are lucky in all things that you do and happy with the things that come to you. Be careful that success does not go to your head however. Sometimes luck can change.

Thursday Drinks

Had my work Xmas lunch yesterday. My CEO had organised lunch at La Luna Bistro in Carlton. We had our own private function room and the food was beautiful. We only have the best food and the best wines. I'm glad my CEO is into the good food and wine. She never goes cheap for work functions. I wish I had've drank more but I had to drive. Trying to be more responsible these days.

After lunch, met up with Ball Breaker, Yen and November Cleo at Lexington. It was surprisingly quiet for a Thursday night. Much better than a Friday though, when the place turns into a meat market. WMDM had invited Ball Breaker and I to his work drinks and I invited Yen and November Cleo. The four of us hardly spoke to WMDM and his friends but yet conveniently put everything we ordered on his tab. Well, before people start getting the wrong idea, WMDM actually told us to put everything on his tab. We ended up having 4 bottles of wine and heaps of snacks. I wonder why he invited us in the first place? Ball Breaker believes he wanted to show his work colleagues that he hangs out with hot chicks outside of work. Hah! Yes, that's it. What else could it be? Maybe he genuinely likes our company? Yen and November Cleo are great fun. I love them! Apparently in our drunken state, the four of us have agreed to organise a trip to India. Two best friends and two best friends. How much fun would we have? November Cleo promised there will be no drugs involved, just an insane amount of drinking. I could do that. November Cleo mentioned that back in the day when she dated Bob (they only went one date, apparently), he bought her a box of chocolates! How corny. And Yen revealed she had a "thing" with Piggy. Ooh.... straight from the horse's mouth! I will not be disclosing too much detail about the "thing" they had but it sure was interesting.

Stayed at Lexington till almost midnight. Ball Breaker and I went home, but the other two ended up in Golden Monkey. Crazy bitches. They were both supposed to meet me for lunch today and they cancelled. Both ended up staying home to nurse their hangovers. Yen rang me at 11.30 in the morning and told me she's still throwing up from last night! At least I made it to work this morning, 9am on the dot. Yen and November Cleo need some hard core training in the drinking department. Not that they cant drink, the two of them put together can out drink a football team. They're just not conditioned to be up early for work the next day! Weak.

Weekend Flashback

Heard that Miss B picked up a half Japanese, half Latin guy at Lavish. Hmmm...nice. However, I dont recall seeing any hot Latino/ Asian looking guys at Lavish last Friday. Where did she find him? Then I heard from another source that Miss B infact went home with 007 on Friday night. So, he must be the half Japanese, half Latin guy she picked up. Someone once told me that 007's mom is Japanese. This is interesting. The fact that Miss B would find him the least bit appealing is interesting. I couldnt contain my laughter when I worked out there was a possibility that the half Jap, half Latin guy could be 007. Mr Cool indeed. Hah! Whatever....

One other thing I forgot. VB had a discussion with me about Goofy the other day.
VB: Goofy was rubbing me up and down on Friday night
Me: Oh yeah. I noticed that. He was probably drunk and thought you were a hot chick!
VB: He's not gay is he?
Me: Hello. He's married. Havent we discussed this before?
VB: I know alot of married men who are closet gays.
Me: I seriously doubt it. Get real.
VB: I dont know....

So, now not only is Goofy a married sleazebag, he's also a married closet homosexual? This is too funny. Goofy has succeeded in making VB more confused than ever. Wonder what VB will come up with next?

Speed Sucks

Spoke to Ball Breaker yesterday. She had to break the news to me. She had lost her license. What the f**k? I think we all figured this was something that was bound to happen much sooner rather than later. And things like this always happen when you least expect it. Now I know why she didnt want to come over to my place on Sunday. She wanted to go home and drown her sorrows. So how did this happen? She was driving along Johnston St. doing 80kph. Seems like a normal thing to do. Bet you didnt know Johnston St. is a 40kph zone. She was caught by an unmarked cop car and doing 20ks over the speed limit. Bloody hell. How unlucky is that? Mr S thinks it happened for the better cos the way Ball Breaker drives, she's lucky she hasnt run anyone over yet. Now, she can probably try and run people over on her bike or something. Six months penalty and she just got her new car a week ago too. Now that VB has no car and Ball Breaker has no license, it's a good time for the two of them to become best friends and be inseparable. Hah! Having said that, I would most certainly make it a point to pick Ball Breaker up if we go out. Only condition is, she'll have to stay over at my place.

VB and Mr S went to the first anniversary bash at Golden Monkey on Sunday night. I couldnt be f**ked and neither could Ball Breaker. The poor "mechanic" has been working 14 days straight. Her bosses are truly working her like a dog. I guess I'm pretty lucky to be in this job. Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. It's great. Even Goofy works long hours and he's currently on stress leave for 3 days! It was another bloody hot day. The temperatures reach a soaring 42 degrees on Sunday. It was just too painful to step out of the house. It was much better to stay indoors in the comfort of my air conditioned living room.

Spoke to Miss 3 yesterday. Weird how we just click and we've only met once! VB is not impressed with our daily chatter. Maybe he's just insecure about himself and thinks I could jeopardise his potential relationship with her; or vice versa. He's curious as to what Miss 3 and I have in common that would warrant our daily exchange of conversations. Bad luck I say.

Kam left for Peru yesterday. Lucky bastard! He sent me a message wishing me a Merry Xmas and I also received a Xmas card from him. How sweet. BKK rang me last night to ask for my address. He too is sending me a Xmas card and a Xmas present. What a nice boy. I've been thinking of sending Xmas cards to my friends for the longest time, but I'm always too lazy and by the time I decide to do it, having bought the cards and all, it's too late to post it. Then I think to myself, there's always next year. Next year comes around and the whole things repeats itself again. I'll just settle for email wishes. How impersonal.

I also spoke to Azamat yesterday. We got onto the topic of the origins of our names. For me, I guess my parents had quite a warped sense of humour when they named me. At the time of my birth, the daughter of a wealthy business man in US was kidnapped. You guessed it. My mother named me after her. Yes, a kidnap victim. Azamat parents had a genuine sense of humour when they named him after a character from the tv series "Bewitched". Lucky for me the kidnap victim was released and returned home. I would've never forgiven my mom for this! How did the rest of you get your names?

Sizzling Hot Weekend

It's Monday and I'm still recovering from the weekend. My work Xmas party on Friday was pretty good. Although The Mansion Hotel is out in the sticks, the event turned out alright. We even had a retro DJ playing, although he sounded more like a wedding DJ than a disco DJ. When he played The Nutbush, everyone went crazy. Must be an Aussie thing. The girls at work dragged me onto the dancefloor to do some strange line dance creation (kinda like The Macarena, incidentally the DJ played The Macarena next. Gawd!). I had absolutely no idea what the f**k I was doing. It was good fun though. BK and I stayed till the end of dessert and made a quick dash for the city. Had to meet people at St. Jerome's.

Got there just in time to leave for Lavish. VB brought a friend M, who I've been told is the most annoying person on this planet. Thank God he didnt get a chance to talk to me that night. Also met Goofy, Azamat and Lord Mayor at St. Jerome's. Swing Sister celebrated her birthday with dinner at Ken Zan. I was expecting her to be smashed by the time I met up with her at St. Jerome's but she was still standing. Goofy met up with them at St Jerome's and he even brought her a present. How sweet.

Lavish was rocking. Hung out mainly with Yen and the lesbians. November Cleo is back in town. Will have to catch up with her for lunch some time this week. Cutey's mom was there and Yen brought her dad along as well. Seemed like a reunion for pensioner's. Now, that's mean. Cutey's mom is lovely and she's totally cool. Nice to see her there with another boyfriend. Azamat kept saying Yen's dad looks like a Char Kway Teow man. I couldnt stop pissing myself. Till now, I'm still thinking about how funny he looked. It's one of those "you had to be there" moments. Goofy was well, quite goofy. He kept asking me if I was avoiding him. Sorry, but I do have other friends too you know. The one thing I realised on the night is when men have a few drinks, they behave like an octopus. They cant keep their hands to themselves. But when women have a few drinks, we certainly dont grow six extra arms. Why do men think it's ok to become physical after a few drinks? What gives them the right to behave this way? I'm also beginning to think that perhaps some people out there are starting to mistaken my friendliness for being flirtatious.

Introduced BJ to BK. She thinks he's hot! So the mission is to set them up together. Although BK has a boyfriend, we shall not go there. B was there too and she was giving BK dirty looks for talking to VB. Hmmm.... maybe it was all in BK's imagination. BJ was so sweet, when everyone left me in the retro room to go down to the glass room, he asked if I wanted to go with them. I told him I was not into Techno/ Trance crap and I would be ok in the retro room on my own. Well, I wasnt on my own. I was hanging out with Azamat, Lord Mayor, Yen, November Cleo and the rest of the lesbians, not forgetting the Char Kway Teow man. Anyhow, every 2o minutes or so, BJ would come upstairs to check on me, just to make sure I was ok and he kept checking to see if I knew the people around me. BJ was definitely not one of the many who magically turned into an octopus after a few drinks.

007 was there too, acting as cool as ever. Definitely not the approachable type. Ball Breaker didnt even go near him all night. I said hello but that was about it. Bumped into Ah Sook at Lavish. Didnt really get a chance to talk to him. No loss there. Ball Breaker left early as she had to work the next day. BJ, VB and myself left soon after and caught a cab together. VB ended up crashing the night at my place. Heard from Swing Sister that Ah Sook gave them a lift home that night.

VB and I paid for it the next day. We had to be up at 10am to make it onto a harbour cruise by 12. We got to the Docklands at exactly 12.03pm. And the boat was late! The afternoon was a drag. I was tired, it was too hot (40 degrees to be specific) and the rest of the people on the boat were nothing to look at. The weather was terrible. Nothing like the heat in KL. This heat burns your skin. The bushfires in country Victoria didnt help either; causing our beautiful city skyline to be hidden under the smog. I was the youngest person on this cruise. Pity, unlike Princess Model, I'm not into the old and wrinkly version of men. And once VB and I got onboard, there was no getting off until the cruise docked at 4pm. We didnt even make full use of the free booze onboard; could not be f**ked. when we did finally get off, we met up with Mr S and Swing Sister at Ken Zan. VB and I bought slurpees from 7-11 and took it to the restaurant. Dopey was ok with us just hanging out at his restaurant. Was talking to Dopey about his girlfriend. She's Japanese, he's Korean. She doesnt speak Korean and he doesnt speak Japanese. They both have a limited command of the English language. So, how do they communicate? Ball Breaker said their relationship is clearly not based on communication. Yes, I gathered that much.

Found out from Goofy that his wife went to high school with Cutey and her sister. What a small world it is. No longer is it six degrees of separation, it's more like three degrees of separation these days. Everyone knows everyone.

Out of the blue, someone asked me if I had seen SG's "blob" (this is not a typo). I thought I heard wrong so I persisted to say "what?". Then he repeated himself "SG's blob". I couldnt stop giggling and he asked me why I was laughing. I just didnt have the heart to tell him it's "blog" not "blob"!!! This story should amuse Ball Breaker and TOT. Hahaha......

Swing Sister, Mr S and VB ended up going to watch Borat. I, on the other hand, went home for a nap then went to watch Casino Royale. It was not the best Bond film. Not my kind of movie at all. The distinct difference between this Bond film and the last few is that in Casino Royale, Bond doesnt use any gadgets. All the fighting is hands on. No technological display typical of a spy movie. This is probably why I didnt enjoy it that much, plus the leading lady wasnt even hot! As for Bond himself, nobody compares to Pierce Brosnan or Sean Connery.

The Alcohol Binge Has Started

Had lunch with Kam and Audi yesterday at James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant in the Docklands. Wasnt very busy for a Thursday afternoon. In was a nice change from having lunch at Williamstown. Beautiful setting infront of the water. The staff were very friendly, the food was ok, although I ordered a smoked chicken and avocado salad and ended up getting some sort of chicken, rocket, beetroot and grapefruit salad. Where was my avocado? Azamat came to join us after lunch. The boys wanted to know about ONF. Sorry boys, girls do not kiss and tell. Azamat is the funniest person I've met in a long time. I love him! And by the way, I didnt come up with this nick for him, Kam did. I dont know what it means, but it sure sounds good. Discovered that Azamat and Kam both play gin rummy too. Great! I'll have new people to play with. One problem though, they play with actual cards. Who still plays rummy with cards? We use tiles, like mahjong tiles. One day I will gather them together for a gambling session. Will be interesting, especially with alcohol involved. Kam looked a little down yesterday, pre-travel jitters perhaps. I'm sure it's deeper than that. I'm so jealous, he's going on a holiday and I'm stuck right here. These boys are great company but they are crazy. They made me drink a whole bottle of wine. Well, nobody held a gun to my head to make me drink, but I'd like to think that if not for them, I would've had lunch, 2 glasses of wine then headed to the city to buy Swing Sister's birthday present. Needless to say, the day did not go as planned. Not only did I not end up buying the present, I ended up leaving Docklands and headed straight to Crown for more alcohol! I wasnt even planning to go to Ball Breaker's Xmas party. The alcohol at Rockpool was just too tempting. Met Ball Breaker's boss and all her other work friends. Funny bunch of guys. Princess Model thinks Ball Breaker's boss is hot. Err.... he's quite daggy actually. Funny guy, but certainly not hot. And why would Princess Model think he's hot? He doesnt even have grey hair or wrinkles. Ball Breaker gave me the goss at her work. Who's f**king who and who wants to f**k her. Hah! I knew she couldnt resist sharing that information with me.

Thank God I made it home in one piece. I dont know how I'm gonna survive tonight. I already started drinking this afternoon. Audi came to meet me for a "coffee". Well, the intentions were there on my part to actually have a coffee, but you know what? By the time I got to the cafe, a glass of white was already waiting for me. Yes, a small taste to whet my appetite for more later. Audi talked about his family and his wife. Cant wait to meet her. She must be equally as crazy as him. We talked about past and present relationships. I mentioned that I live by the motto that what belongs in the past, should stay there. That means I'm no longer friends with any of my ex-boyfriends. The one time I tried to be friends with one of my loser exes, he thought I was taking advantage of him. So, if he came from the past, he should've just bloody stayed there. Audi thinks everyone has an ulterior motive when forming a relationship or friendship. Really? I wonder what his ulterior motive is for being friends with me. I did ask him this and he said there isnt one. Well, maybe there's several then.

The time has come for me to pack up and go home. It's nearly 5. I'm bloody good, spent the last hour blogging, chatting on the phone, chatting on gmail and also writing up an incident report for work. My work is done for the day and the countdown has begun till my next drop of wine.

Overview of The Week

The week has flown by so quickly and it's already Thursday. One more day to the weekend. Woohoo! I havent quite decided if I'm excited cos I get to sleep in or I'm just excited cos the weekend means parties and alcohol!
Spent Monday tossing emails back and forth with Audi. He is certainly a man of many words. Boy can he write. It's interesting how I barely know him and yet he's comfortable enough to share his life story with me. He told me about his wife and suggested we should meet. That's nice. I'll leave it up to him to organise something. Audi still cant get over his nickname and desperately wants me to change it. Well, I will in time to come, not just yet. He told me him and his wife are not planning on kids. They are just too selfish and enjoy their freedom too much. I understand that he loves kids but only when he can give them back. I'm sorta like that too for the moment, but kids are definitely part of my agenda in the future. I must thank DJ for introducing me to Audi. He's a great fella to hang out with. I think I know him better than DJ!
Piggy rang me on Tuesday. It's confirmed. She's arriving Melbourne on the 28th December. Cant wait. I have already reserved tickets for her and Soccer Lover to Summerdayze on New Year's day. Piggy asked me to check out tickets to the Ashes Test for Soccer Lover. He's willing to spend up to RM$1000 for a day pass. Is he out of his mind? I wouldnt even watch cricket if someone paid me RM$1000 for the day. Must be an English thing. I will look into it, then perhaps Soccer Lover can spend the day at the MCG and Piggy and I can spend the day shopping or drinking, whichever comes first.
Also spoke to Princess Model on the phone on Tuesday. She was having lunch with WMDM and I later found out that not only did he pay for lunch, he even paid for her valet parking! He would be the perfect man if he was better looking and not married. Sorry Princess Model, you cant win 'em all. Told her that BJ gave me $100 on Monday for the Princess Model Foundation. I was surprised he remembered to give me the money. I was reluctant to take it but BJ insisted that he had promised to invest. What a nice boy. He would never forget the Princess Model Foundation. I'm sure he's counting down the days until she comes back. Princess Model is having the time of her life. Shopping, spa, eating, shopping, manicure, shopping, massage, shopping, eating. Some of us can only dream of this life. I must say though, that since Princess Model left for KL, our lives here have some what gone back to normal. No more weekday alcohol binges for Ball Breaker, Swing Sister and myself. You cant imagine how much money we have saved. I was looking at my credit card bill the other day and to my surprise, I havent done any shopping for myself in the last few weeks. Every transaction on my statement was for alcohol! I'm spending more on alcohol than shoes! This is unacceptable.
It was Swing Sister's birthday on Tuesday. Sms-ed and called her to wish her a happy birthday. Mr S was taking her somewhere special for dinner. However, at around 8pm she sms-ed me to tell me she was having dinner with a guy and not to tell Mr S about it. Weird. I wasnt the only one who got this text message. She had sent it to Ball Breaker and Princess Model as well. Well, I didnt believe she would be having dinner with someone else apart from Mr S on her birhtday. I dont think she would even do this on a normal night let alone on her birthday. Wonder what she's playing at? Swing Sister is also having a birthday dinner tomorrow night at Ken San (GPO). I wish I could be there, but I have a work Xmas function attend. Yes, another work Xmas party. This time at The Werribee Mansion. A very classy place, it was the largest private residence built in Victoria in its time. The mansion has now been transformed into a boutique hotel with a nice bar and restaurant in it. I'm hoping to escape right after dinner. Swing Sister's party will continue on to Lavish. I'm also hoping to bring BK with me seeing that she bailed out going to Lavish last weekend. Audi has also said he'll go down to Lavish for a bit. Hope it doesnt turn out into a big night cos on Saturday I have to go VB's Xmas party and it's during the day. I dont want to be on a cruise with a hangover on Saturday morning.
Tuesday night turned out to be a disastrous night for VB. He was involved in a 3 car pile up outside his house and his car was the last car to hit. I'm not sure if his car is a total write off, but I do know he's extremely depressed over this. Apparently, some young chick did a sudden merge from his right lane into his lane so she could turn left. This resulted in the first car slamming on the brakes to avoid a collision. The first car managed to avoid hitting the dumb chick that merged lanes, but could not avoid being hit from the back by a RAV 4 causing VB to hit the RAV 4. The RAV 4 obviously suffered the most damages and the dumb chick that caused it in the first place got away without a single scratch on her car. And because of the f**ked up laws we have, she will get away with the whole incident and the three cars in the accident will have to take care of themselves financially. VB came over to my place after the accident and he was almost in tears when he was telling me about it. Poor thing. Atleast he's ok. It could've been much worse.
Tried to call VB yesterday to see if he wanted to go for a drink or something. Anything to help cheer him up I guess. Ball Breaker and I tried calling him but he wouldnt answer his mobile. I hope Ball Breaker got through to him last night.
Ball Breaker came up with a hilarious theory yesterday. She thinks she's releasing some sort of invisible chemical that's making all the men around her want to f**k her! She is insane. She even thinks the Telstra subcontractor that went to her work wants to f**k her and she has made herself believe that some guy at her work left his wife for her! Unfortunately, so many men but so not the right men. The right one will appear when she least expects it. Or he could be right under her nose and she just never realised it all this time. Ball Breaker also went on a lunch date yesterday. Was it any good? Perhaps. It's still too early to make an assessment. Princess Model has several plans for this attack. Let's see if any of it works.
Spoke to SG yesterday on gmail. She was pleasant enough to share some details of her recent ONS. She likes him but certainly not enough to conjure up a relationship overnight. I get it and I totally agree. I thought women were emotional, but apparently I'm wrong. Some men are worse. You have a ONS with them and the next thing they want is exclusivity. Didnt it used to be the other way around? Women these days have bigger balls than men and so we should. Gone are the days where women demonstrated vulnerability and weakness. Well, I'm sure there are still women out there that are vulnerable and weak, but in my social circle, there will be none of that! Single women should enjoy their singledom. Single women should date as much as they can and f**k as much as they can. Why the hell not right? Men do it. Women can do it too and do it better.
The other night I stayed home to watch the pilot to a new series on tv. "Weeds" is a pretty good show about a single mother from a middle class suburb dealing marijuana to support her household after her husband dies. Now, I'm not talking about your average junky from Footscray or anything like that. Just imagine Brie (from Desperate Housewives) dealing drugs. It's funny and entertaining and I'm gonna go home to watch the encore on tv again tonight!
Ball Breaker wanted me to go to her Xmas party with her tonight but I just cant be f**ked. Tomorrow will be a big night for me and then another big one on Saturday. Big Head is celebrating her birthday at Blvd this week. Will any of us go? I doubt it.

Korean BBQ Again

Thought this song would be appropriate to sum up my weekend - "I love it" by Sneaky Sound System. I love my shoes and my handbags. I love my friends. I love a good party. I just love it all!

Saturday we all met up again at KC's bbq. True Korean style bbq, with rice and kimchi. Korean bbq for the second time in two days. It was awesome, the food I meant. The party was rather mellow. Nothing like the bbq's we throw. Ball Breaker showed up fashionably late. Well, she had to work that day. Yen didnt show up. Bitch! And she promised to come and play cards with us. TOT was hung over from the night before. She said I ignored her at Lavish. Damn! I'm sure I saw her around. Forgive me, but I dont think I could quite focus at Lavish. The wonderful effects of alcohol. I was good at the bbq, not one drop of alcohol. Was planning on staying all night and having a few drinks but when some of the party decided to mull up, it was time for me to go. Ball Breaker knew this would drive me to leave and she wanted me to stay there with her. If Princess Model was here, she would stay, not me. Ball Breaker was funny, stupid funny. I really couldnt stay to watch people get stoned and act silly. It annoys me. Maybe because I'm not on the same wavelength as them. Whatever. Hippo was there with his new girlfriend. She looked about 17 and virginal. Exactly what Hippo is looking for in a wife. I guess he's found what he's looking for. Half way through the night Hippo was apparently enjoying a private massage in the bedroom, not only from his girlfriend but from the girlfriend's friend as well. Nice.
Miss PJ was also at the bbq. It's amazing how small the world is. She used to work with KC and I know her from having worked with her in a Malaysian restaurant once upon a donkey years. So, we sorta go way back. She also used to go out with a friend of mine back then. She was a real bitch. I think she still is. A pretentious one too. Every now and then I see her at these bbqs and she never fails to ask me the same damn thing. "Where are you working?" "Oh, you used to work at the restaurant too?" Firstly, I'm still working at the same place, have been for nearly four years. Secondly, we used to work at the restaurant together. If she cant give a damn about making conversation, then why talk to me? Stay away from me! It just annoys me when people think they are making conversation by asking you the same thing over and over again. They must think I'm stupid.

Spent Sunday on Smith St. having lunch and doing some shopping. As usual, could not resist buying a pair of shoes. What is with women and their shoes and handbags? I dont know, but I love it. On the way home, VB rang to invite us over for dinner. When I got home, Ball Breaker rang and decided to invite herself over for dinner as well, which was cool with me. I then spoke to Cutey and told her I was going to VB's for dinner. Before I could say anything further, she had already yelled out to TOT, Swing Sister and Mr S that they are all going to VB's for dinner. When I told VB, I dont think he was too pleased. I think he was hoping to have a quiet dinner with a selected few people. VB made pasta and it was delicious. True to his word when he said he could make a mean pasta. The food was so good that there wasnt enough to go around. VB even prepared dessert of strawberries and cream. Yummy :)
Cutey, TOT, Mr S and Swing Sister all went for a massage down at Vigorous before going to VB's. The bitches didnt even call me! Hmmmph..... Vigorous is a Thai massage place in North Melbourne which Princess Model came across while looking for a place to get a manicure. Yes, some people have all the time in the world to pamper themselves. The massages there are pretty good, comparable to the real thing in Thailand. I actually think it's better than Thailand. It's cleaner! But it's obviously a lot more expensive than the original thing. I need to head down there myself one of these days.
VB told us that KC wasnt too pleased that nobody brought anything to his bbq on Saturday. KC felt that he has always put in for people's birthday and house warming gifts but when he throws a bbq, nobody brings anything. I think he's a little sore cos he didnt get a birthday gift from us either. Firstly, he did not tell anyone it was a house warming bbq. Let me tell you, with us, we can be extremely generous but we also know that if you dont advertise it, you dont get anything. Had KC have just told all of us that it was a house warming bbq, no doubt we would've brought him a present. Secondly, he didnt have a birthday party this year. I didnt even know it was his birthday until the day. So, bottom line is, it's his fault and not ours. I asked VB if he got KC anything and he told me he gave KC hair products. Hardly a house warming gift. And what did VB give KC for his birthday? Apparently he took KC out for dinner and bought him drinks. If KC had a birthday dinner, we would've all bought him dinner and drinks. I never realised KC could be this sensitive. Or could VB just be making all this up? The executive decision from the group is to get KC a Xmas present. It's too late for a house warming or birthday gift.
We settled in to a DVD after dinner. Ball Breaker took off straight after dinner cos she had to go back to work. Something about a machine breaking down and the Americans not getting their plastic cups for fruit in time for Xmas. Cutey thought Ball Breaker had to go back to work to physically fix a machine. She even said "I didnt know Ball Breaker was a mechanic". Darling, she's not but she probably thinks she is. The rest of us stayed to watch "Typhoon". It's a Korean/ Thai/ Russian/ American movie. Quite an interesting movie. It centred around two main characters, a rugged looking bad boy and a clean cut good boy. Swing Sister was immediately attracted to the bad boy. He had long greasy hair, battle scars all over his face, rugged facial hair and looked like he hadnt had a wash for over a month. He was totally disgusting. Swing Sister was so funny. She wants Mr S to transform into this thing. Dont cut his hair, dont shave, get a tattoo and some scars on his face and most importantly, dont shower for 2 weeks. He'll get the look naturally, I'm sure. Swing Sister didnt like the good guy at all. Too clean cut and shaven. I thought he wasnt bad looking. I'm not that into Korean guys anyway but he was better looking then the bad guy. At the end of the movie, the bad guy turned out to be not so bad after all and Swing Sister decided she didnt like him anymore cos he wasnt really bad. Funny girl. I know if Ball Breaker stayed, she wouldnt let us watch the movie at all. We'd be watching Channel V all night, listening to Justin Timberlake or something.

Weekend of Parties

Last night was a big night for me. Went to Kitten Club for my office Xmas party. Brought VB along. He wasnt impressed when I told him he had to pay for his own meal and drinks. So, I gathered that he only agreed to come with me cos he thought he was getting a freebie. I knew it. A night filled with Lychee Caipiroskas, Martinis and wine. VB was a good social butterfly, networking with all my staff. They must think I'm mad now with the company I keep outside work! Discovered that young AH from my office is dating Todd McKenney ala' "Dancing with The Stars" fame. Interesting. She is connected. Hah! Wonder if she can get me into some cool celebrity parties? Only problem is she's only 21 and he's like 42. I know age should not be a barrier so, all the best to them. The other rumour floting around is Todd is bisexual. And no, I dont think he only has sex twice a year. It could be rather interesting to swing both ways. DD didnt do too well on the night. After 3 Cosmopolitans, she was spraying Lt Collins St. with her dinner. Not a pretty sight. My staff think I'm an alcoholic. One cocktail after another, drinking like it's going out of fashion. BK didnt drink that much, which is unusual. She didnt even have to drive. She was flirting a little with VB, perhaps they were trying to rekindle an old flame. I dont know. VB can only live in hope.
Audi came to join us at Kitten Club. After a few drinks, Ball Breaker joined us as well. The minute she got there, she wanted to leave. Eager to get to Lavish, I guess. This behaviour made Audi realise who "Ball Breaker" was instantly. Not hard to guess. Finally, we did adjourn to Lavish. It was absolutely packed. Saw Plastic and his girlfriend. Did the polite thing and said my hellos then promptly disappeared to another room. Ball Breaker says the girlfriend has put on weight and looks like a little pork chop. I didnt really notice. I had more important things to do than stand around looking at her.
Yen and the Lesbians were all there, apart from November Cleo. She's coming back from overseas this Wednesday, which means she will be out partying this weekend! Woohoo. I love Yen. She's the coolest to hang around with. PWC was there too. Another one of my favourite lesbians. I just love her boobs. Why do they have to be sooooo big? Ollie was not pleased when she saw me grab PWC's boobs. Or maybe this was my imagination. I dont even know if they're still together. Oh well. I mean no harm. The last thing I want right now is to turn into a lesbian. Been there, done that, not doing it again.
Saw HYC as well. Good to see him there. Havent partied with him in ages. I saw RU3 briefly. Surprised he showed up. He told me earlier on in the week that he wouldnt be able to make it to Lavish cos he had his work Xmas party to attend. VB was trying to pick up TOT's blonde friend. Apparently, he's managed to get a date with her. Didnt hang around VB at all. He was too busy with the chicks. It's the power of the pussy. Swing Sister was smashed from her Xmas function and she was too funny. She wanted to leave early as she had to work the next day, but as soon as DJ started playing house music, there was no stopping her!
Retro was moved to the Glass Room, bigger than the room upstairs. I still prefer it up there though. Smaller and cosier. Didnt really see much of TOT even though it was her birthday party. Ball Breaker left early around 1.30am. Good girl. A start to cutting down on drinking and partying. The rest of us left around 2.30am, quite early for our standards. As we were leaving, we waved to say good bye to Cutey. She came running after me and was a little upset we didnt actually stop to say a proper good bye and give her a kiss. What the? Normally, she's too busy to even say "boo" to us and now she's complaining that we dont say hello or good bye to her anymore, we just "come and go" as we please. Ok, everyone must take note, from now on we must always make it a point to stop Cutey in her tracks at Lavish or Blvd to say a proper hello and good bye.

Happy 21st TOT

Attended TOT's huge birthday dinner last night at Korean Seoul Restaurant. She had booked out the whole private function room. There was probably 50 - 60 people there. Swing Sister and I were starving by the time we got there. Dinner was supposed to start at 7pm but like all Asians, everyone showed up fashionably late. We didnt get to eat till atleast 8.30pm. Ball Breaker made it in time for dinner to be served. The food was great. I love Korean bbq. The good thing about the function room was we could smoke in there and we could play any music we liked. The birthday girl decided to turn the room into a mini Lavish and house music was blaring out of the speakers. TOT was very spoilt for a 21 year old, Cutey told me so. She received an LV handbag and a Tiffany ring from her friends, an IPOD from me and my friends (the oldies) and a Swarovski necklace from another friend; amongst all the other gifts. I guess it's a different time and era but when I was 21, I dont think my friends could afford LV or Tiffany. Funny thing was, TOT didnt have any friends there last night that were her age. Everyone was considerably older. It was a good night, great people, great food and endless supply of alcohol. TOT went around to everyone with a bottle of Soju expecting everyone to drink with her. By the time she got to our table, she had laid down the bottle and the shot glasses; then promptly disappeared off somewhere. That was a good thing because she eventually forgot that she left the Soju on our table. If it was a Friday night last night, I'm sure the lot of us would've drank with her. Unfortunately, the "adults" all had to work today so none of us were really drinking.
Ball Breaker managed a small window of opportunity to flirt with Toy Boy. The girlfriend was not happy. We saw her giving Ball Breaker dirty looks. Found out that one of Toy Boy's ex-girlfriends was there last night. Apparently he has the ex's name tatooed on his wrist. Ball Breaker asked him about this but he wasnt willing to show her. Wonder what the girlfriend thinks? Toy Boy reckons the girlfriend just deals with it, "she will have more to lose if she loses me". What a cocky boy!
FF told us last night that she's leaving for KL tonight. Not one person put their hand up to offer her a ride to the airport. Well, honestly, nobody is free tonight. I'll be at my work Xmas party, Swing Sister and Mr S are at a work Xmas party as well. As for Ball Breaker, she's going to be at work till late. It was just funny how nobody even offered. When she said she was leaving, no one even asked how she was getting to the airport. Geez, we are mean.
By the end of the night, TOT was smashed but still standing. Must be all the training she gets from Lavish and Blvd! We have all agreed to party and drink with her tonight at Lavish. However, some of us have our work Xmas parties on tonight so we could be smashed by the time we get to Lavish. We shall see how it goes.

Mid Week Update

Met up with Ball Breaker last night after work. The decision was to meet up for a coffee at L'incontro, and I mean coffee not Kahlua Lattes just plain lattes. But you know what? We are bad to the bone. Ended up at Cookie Bar once again. Swing Sister came to join us. We were actually quite good. Only had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc each. For some reason, if Princess Model was around, we would've had countless numbers of Lychee Martinis or Caipiroskas! We are bad, so bad. Bumped into Kitty at Cookie. I felt so bad. I always forget to call or email her and because karma always comes to bite me on the ass, we just had to bump into her. Note to myself - NEVER TO FORGET TO EMAIL OR CALL KITTY! Ball Breaker and I were planning on a quick coffee and leave the city by 6.30pm anyway. Good thing was we did stick to the plan. We both left Cookie at 6.45pm. My first step to cutting out drinking during the week. If this was 3 months ago, we would've stayed at Cookie till midnight. I''ve been good. Contrary to what anyone is going to think, this is my aim. To stay good. Well, I can be bad too but that's a different story all together *wink*.
The three of us had a lengthy discussion about geniuses and their eccentricities. I once knew a guy who had an IQ bordering on being a genius. He had gone to uni to do a degree in Applied Maths. Who the hell would want to spend three years studying pure maths? He then went on to do his Masters in Maths. Geez. Anyway, he was more than eccentric. At the time I met him, he was in his mid 30s, still lived at home and liked to dress up as a woman. He was by no means gay or homosexual but just enjoyed wearing make up and dresses. He would parade around the house believing he was a woman. Yes, he was crazy; very highly intelligent but crazy. Swing Sister told us Ball Breaker's views were that of an eccentric person. Lately, Ball Breaker has demonstrated a rather obsessive and eccentric pattern in her behaviour. Is she really a genius in disguise? Arent we priviledged then to be associated with such a being? Ball Breaker is crazy and maybe she is a genius. I know that's what she thinks anyway. Swing Sister is right, once in awhile we need to be humble and accept people around us for who they are not how smart they are. Ball Breaker wants to meet a man who's IQ is equal if not higher than hers. In other words, she's looking for a major, major geek. She should stop bar hopping and start combing through the libraries in Melbourne. Better chance there. And believe me, you aint gonna find that man at Lavish! You'll be lucky to find a man amongst the kids at Lavish.
Turned out to be a good night of intellectual conversation. A far cry from all the night outs we've had where we girls just get together and talk about boys, boys and boys. I read in the papers today that women speak an average of 20,000 words per day and men utter a mere 7000 words per day. Gee, we women do talk alot! And I know one woman who probably utters more than 100,000 words per day. Women also speak more quickly, devote more brainpower to chit-chat and get a buzz out of hearing their own voices. So, it's proven that women can talk some men to death or close to it. So, if a couple have an argument, is this why women always want to talk about it and men just want to shut out the rest of the world and ignore us?
The week ahead will be full of activities and parties. Tomorrow night, we are all invited to TOT's 21st birthday dinner at Korean Seoul Restaurant. Then on Friday, she's having her party at Lavish. Another 21st birthday party! Today is her birthday and I just spoke to her. Cutey and TOT just checked into Novotel St Kilda. A night of wild sex to follow, I'm sure. Plastic's brother is having his birthday party at Lavish this Friday as well, which means Plastic will be there with the girlfriend. Princess Model should be here *tsk tsk tsk*. I also have my office Xmas party on Friday night at The Kitten Club. I hope I dont get too wasted. Yeah right! Spoke to Yen today and she's invited me to go to the opening of Barcode (yeah another opening) in Chapel Street. But the event is also on Friday night. Gawd. Too many places to be. Gonna have to miss out on the opening. Yen will catch up with the rest of us at Lavish, so she tells me. KC is having a bbq on Saturday, which will hopefully be good. I've invited Yen and Mills along to the bbq. Hope KC doesnt mind. We'll be busy playing gin rummy anyway. Yippeee.... If November Cleo was here, KC would have to worry about her eating all the food. But she's still overseas, so the food's safe.
Had dinner with VB last night and he told me he had dinner with Korean J the night before and he met her mother. What the? VB says they're just good friends. She just landed herself a new job with Film Victoria (or something like that). She's responsible for the legislations of film productions that come into the country. Interesting. VB also said Korean J studied law at uni, that's why she's working in legislation. Now, that I didnt know. Korean J also writes for a Korean magazine in Melbourne and is apparently doing a feature story on VB. Cant wait to get my hands on that piece.
VB also mentioned that he saw Audi at Lavish last week.
VB: Did you know Audi is married with kids and all?
Me: Yes, he's married but no kids
VB: Then why does he hang out at Lavish?
Me: OMG, he's only been there like twice.
VB: He told me he likes Asian girls.
Me: Really? So?
VB: He shouldnt really be partying if he's married.
Me: What? Are married people not allowed to party?
VB: He looks kinda sleazy.
Me: I dont think so. Why? Did he sleaze on you? Hahahahah
So, why cant married people party? I know so many people who are married with kids and still go out alot. Do people have this pre-conceived perception of others who party alot? If I'm married I should start behaving like a nun? Please.

Drama, Drama, Drama

Got a call from DJ yesterday. He rang to tell me about ONF at Blvd on the weekend. Well, I already knew about that. News does travel fast. DJ was a little surprised I didnt show up to Lavish or Blvd on the weekend. Geez, is it that big a deal when I dont party one weekend? Said he wanted to introduce me to his girlfriend. Oh really? Why? He's looking forward to his back packing trip around South America, Peru specifically. I told him I would take care of his girlfriend while he's away, but he said he didnt trust me. What does he think I'm gonna do to her? Eat her up? There's a kinky thought. Some people.
Audi emailed me to apologise for the countless sms-es on Friday night. He's one crazy fella. He told me he had fun at Lavish and hung out with VB, Mr & Mrs S. Also heard from Princess Model that Shaolin was at Lavish. Apparently he had to take a client there. That's the story I heard anyway.
Received an email from Princess Model with an urgent flag. She had received an email from Shaolin and urgently needed to respond to it. His email was rather poetic; detailing his feelings, more for himself than for her. A rather long email just to tell someone you're interested in a casual yet friendly f**k. Why he felt the need to explain himself, we will never know. Princess Model was rather offended with his creative piece. She didnt know what to make of it. She felt like he had just dumped her. But how can one be dumped when they are not even together? I actually quite liked Shaolin. I think he's a nice guy, sociable and easy to get along with. Maybe his email was an indication that he's afraid to commit and that he was just protecting himself, or maybe he's just a loser. I think Princess Model would agree with the latter. Ball Breaker has her own views on this. She thinks Shaolin is sensitive and thoughtful. His email was just his way of getting things off his chest. I disagree. Ultimately, it's up to Princess Model to decide. After all, the rest of us are just part of her support team.
Mrs S and Ball Breaker met up for coffee yesterday at Three Degrees. Of all people, they had to run into WMDM and Ah Sook. I guess WMDM isnt too bad. After all, he invested $500 into the Princess Model Foundation. He's our biggest investor yet. WMDM will be off to KL this week and I'm sure he will be hooking up with Princess Model. Whether she likes it or not, she's gonna have to entertain him.
Sent Plastic an email today telling him that I would not be attending his girlfriend's surprise birthday bash. He was understandably a little ticked off as none of "my crew" are going to his party. He pretty much replied my email instantly to ask if there was another party going on that perhaps everyone was going to. Well, there isnt really but I guess everybody has something better to do this Sunday, myself included. I'm afraid he brought this upon himself. Best wishes to the girlfriend and I hope she has a wonderful surprise on her birthday.
